As well as professional photography, we also offer high quality, custom made graphic borders for your prints at no extra cost.

Just give us a good quality copy of your Team, Company or Event logo a couple of weeks prior to the event and we’ll create a custom border for your Event photos. We can even put the Company / Event slogan across the bottom of the print.

A Shot On Site can provide photographic coverage for almost any size event.

Small Event Solution

This is our "Internet Only" solution. It is designed for the low participant event or small group (a single team) who wants coverage of the action. For a low, one time fee our photographer will come and shoot action shots of your game or other event. The photos are then put on our web site @ www.a-shotonsite.com within one working day. Your photos are then available for you or all your participants / team members to view and order. All photos are kept on our secure web site for a minimum of 3 months.
Many sports teams use this solution to provide action photos as a year-end gift instead of the usual team / individual posed photos. And yes, once again we can personalize your photos with graphic border art including your team / company logo and your participant’s name at no additional cost.

The Medium to Large Event solution

For this solution we will bring our self contained Mobile Lab or set up within your event headquarters and offer immediate viewing and on-site printing of your event photos. Our staff is always ready to help you to pick out your photographs and consult them on how to orientate and best crop them before printing. This way you get the print you want. Although available, many participants are too tired to look at their photos right at the event so, as in the small event solution, all photos from the event will be available by next day on our web site for viewing, sharing and purchase. Again, All photos are kept on the web site for a minimum of 3 months.

Corporate Solution

Most company functions require photographs to be taken with a minimum of distraction. A Shot On Site is well versed in obtaining those all-important photos without interrupting the flow of the corporate event. Quarterly financial meeting, retirement social or corporate challenge, we have covered them all. In this solution our photographer will work closely with the event organizers to determine who and what are the photographic priorities. Images are then burned to Photo CD in high resolution printable formats easy to use for advertising or company newsletters and web solutions. This solution will consist of an hourly fee and one time fee for the photographs.
