If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 14 days and we will reprint your order for you or give you your money back. If you are not happy with the quality: If the quality of your order does not meet your expectations for any reason, mail only the items you are not happy with to the following address and we will either reprint your order or give you your money back. Please use Regular Post only when mailing your order to the following address: Customer Service Please include the item that you are not happy with, a copy of your receipt with the Order ID number and a description of the problem in your package. In addition, please indicate whether you would like us to reprint the order or give you your money back. If we are reprinting your order, we will mail them back to you free of charge. If we made a mistake: If we missed an item in your order, or printed the wrong item, please email us at kharrington@a-shotonsite.com . Include in your email, your Order ID number(s) along with a brief description of the problem. We will reprint your order and mail it to you free of charge.
