We offer prints from 2 1/2" wallet size up to 18x24" laminated posters.  More products are being added on an occasional basis.

Why is your pricing in US Dollars?

Our E-commerce provider is located in the US and they currently deal only in US dollars.  We have adjusted the prices to approximate the Canadian equivalent.

Why do you charge shipping on photos that are delivered by email?

The E-commerce software that we use does not allow us to apply shipping charges on individual products or packages.  Since the shipping charge must be applied on the electronically delivered products, we have instead reduced the initial cost of the product by the amount of the shipping charge.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, we may require up to 5 business days to process, print and prepare it for shipping. We use Canada Post to deliver your order, which will require another 2 to 5 business days. Therefore, in total your order may take up to 10 business days.

How much for delivery?

Delivery is set at $3.00 USD for purchases up to $49.99.  Orders of $50.00 or more are $5.00  USD.  This amount will be added at the time of your order.

How does your quality compare with 35mm processing?

Our processing uses the latest technological advancements to ensure that your digital images are printed with the same vibrant colours and sharpness that you have enjoyed from your 35mm camera. We also print your pictures on long lasting archival quality paper which will ensure that your pictures retain their true qualities for years to come so that you will always be able to enjoy your memories.

What kind of hardware / software do I need to view the photos online?

You will need Netscape Navigator 4.0 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 (or later versions of each).  Remember that the website is graphic intensive and may take considerable time to load depending on your Internet connection speed.
